In addressing New York City, we decided to segment the data by boroughs, treating each as its city. This division resonates with me because I view each borough as distinct, possessing unique investment opportunities.

Revisiting Rankings: The Surprising Shift in Borough Positions

Upon separating the data this way, I revisited the New York State using the /rank command. To my astonishment, Brooklyn ranked first, the Bronx took the third position, Queens was fifth, and Staten Island came in tenth. Before this split, when all five boroughs were lumped together under NYC, it didn’t even rank in the top ten.
