Introducing a Game-Changer for Live Local Act Site Selection

Announcing a New Feature

Exciting News! We've introduced a pivotal feature for "Live Local Act" site selection: the ability to identify the tallest building within a one-mile radius. Using a straightforward slider, you can effortlessly filter buildings based on their height.

Discovery and Integration

Interestingly, while working on a different project, we discovered that part of our dataset contained the height of every building. Recognizing its potential, it was an obvious decision to incorporate this feature into our PRO software.

Understanding Setback Requirements

Furthermore, after filtering out the tallest building, you can select it to examine its setback requirements. In cities like Miami, to our understanding, one needs to base setbacks on the comparable building, not the actual site.

Simplifying Comparative Analysis

This feature streamlines the process of determining your comparable building and the associated rules for any city in Florida. The only additional detail to consider is the city's maximum density. For Miami, it stands at 1,000 units per acre.

Commitment to Comprehensive Data

We understand that each city has unique requirements, and we're actively working to determine the density numbers for all the Florida cities in our database.
