Finding the Right Home

My buyer was looking for a single family home that had development potential, at least for a duplex. I took them to three different neighborhoods and as we drove around we looked at the development potential of each property on the blocks we were on. 

I then closed an off-market deal and found a new home for the seller, using the same application. This time, used the app to find a property near a high-density are that was still under developed.
