The location of the top five Fort Worth neighborhoods according to our Investment Index.

Here are the locations of Fort Worth’s best neighborhoods for real estate investments.

Data-driven real estate investing is like having local knowledge everywhere. Local developers experience the change and tune in on migration activity from specific communities, such as artists and galleries, to invest before a market boom. What if we can see significant patterns even before the artist move in?

Can data alone lead to early investment opportunities?

Yesterday’s post introduced Deepblocks’ function for identifying the best-performing tracts in Fort Worth. We don’t have to limit the function to five tracts, but for clarity and brevity, we’ll discuss these for now. Of the five, three are downtown, and two are in the city’s northeast quadrant.

How do we interpret geospatial results for real estate investments?

Downtown might be an obvious result since there is considerable investment, historically speaking. The northeast quadrant might be even more interesting because it may be apparent only to local players.

The following two posts will dive deeper into tracts 1139.43 and 1139.31 in the northeast quadrant.
