Most of what we are building today is by request of our customers. The need for custom real estate reports was heard loud and clear. I wasn’t sure what the big deal was until I looked into what it took to create a branded real estate presentation.
Investors, brokers, and agents were creating real estate presentations in PowerPoint or Word docs, which meant that every time any of the data changed, all of the tables had to be re-imported. This is a lot of work since deal analysis is a process in flux.
Some of our broker friends were paying graphic artists to create real estate reports every time, paying between $90 to $120 per presentation. This meant picking and choosing which customers got the nice listing PDFs, creating branding and marketing inconsistencies.
Our original report was pretty standard, just the necessary information, clean look and we thought we had it. But we didn’t. Over and over, our customers expressed the need to have the PDF match their brand colors, feature their logo, include a summary and at least one image upload.
We are proud to announce that we figured it out and the custom PDF report is now live.
